Medical Trivia (Answer at 38:45) – The most notorious priest associated with the child sexual abuse crisis in the Catholic Church, that came to attention in 2001-2002, was named Msgr. John Geoghan (Gay’-gen), who was accused by over 130 boys. An auxiliary bishop of Boston warned Archbishop Bernard Law in a December 7, 1984 letter, that Msgr Geoghan should not be sent to another parish because of “his history of homosexual involvement with young boys”. His warning was ignored. Who was this bishop who was sent away – only two months later – from Boston to a Midwest diocese?
